Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and UK holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for UK orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. UK orders will normally arrive within 1-6 days. 

 

International Shipping

Shipping charges for International orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders will normally arrive within 5-30 days depending on shipping option. Please note that your order may be subject to inspection in customs which can sometimes cause delay.

 

In-store pickup

In-store collections are not available at this moment.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (or 25 days for International orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@itcode.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available at this moment.
